What is Energy Therapy

 

Energy work can and does mean many different things to many different people. At Holistic Waters it is very simple.  It means we ask for God’s healing Light to lift away blocked energy from an individual that is not of their highest well being.  I believe that each person can do this themselves through prayer, but at times it may become difficult to move past a certain issue, and that is when seeing a God focused practitioner can really help.

 

During an  Energy Therapy session, clients may experience many different sensations like the feeling of certain points on their body tingle.  Kind of like when your foot begins to wake up.  This means, just like your foot, that energy was stagnant, but when the energy begins to move again it begins to ‘wake up’ and move again.

 

When energy becomes stagnant in the body it can create many different physical issues like improper digestion, muscle stiffness, joint aches, stomach aches, and much more.  Many of us do not realize energy is stuck, because we were not taught to think this way. Consider this, if we were able to take the highest powered particle accelerator a and look  at our bodies at the subatomic level, we would see that we are not as solid as the naked eye suggests. We are actually trillions and trillions of cells made of energy particles (electrons, protons, and neutrons) moving so fast that it looks like we are solid.  So if we are truly energy and everything around us is energy, then energy therapy doesn’t seem like such a stretch.

 

Stagnant energy or blocked energy comes from a multitude of things such as old thoughts, memories, programs that came from past unresolved traumas.  These are all the hidden or buried emotions of fear, anger, resentment, bitterness, greed, jealousy or any emotion that is not of Gods Truth.  Using prayer or meditation with the intention to surrender these old emotions helps assist the body to release and free these emotions to the Light with the intention to receive Gods healing energy to take the place of the old untruths creating balance, tranquility and overall peace.

 

When doing self meditation/prayer or seeing a practitioner to help clear these blocked energies it can take years to completely resolve some of your toughest issues, just like it took years to continually pack them away.  So when you are ready for a deeper healing and for more Truth and balance, energy therapies is amazing.
