Colon Hydrotherapy is an amazing age old therapy used by individuals wanting to cleanse and rebalance the body.

We use an ‘open system’ at Holistic Waters. This means you will do your own insertion of the rectal tube (the size of a pencil). If for any reason you feel this may be difficult for you, please let us know when scheduling your appointment.

When using colon hydrotherapy as a cleansing technique, please remember that colon hydrotherapy does not only help to detoxify the physical body by removing old fecal material, but can also have a huge impact on your mental and emotional state.

This happens because our thoughts and emotions are stored energetically in our bodies, and when we begin to eliminate physical toxins, the emotional toxins have nothing to bind to anymore and being to release. Knowing this, some clients beginning a cleanse program may experience a strong emotional release...which for us is great!
