If this is your first time learning about meditation or if you have been meditating for a very long time, please join us.  I will be using techniques to teach you how to clear your space, connect yourself to God and the Devine Masters and for the remainder of the meditation, I will use guided imagery to help guide you to healing your heart, quieting your mind, connecting your spirit or sharing our healing energy with the planet or others in need.  Each meditation will be individually tailored to the group, and for each of you highest well being.
