Emotional Detoxification

There are many forms of detoxification. The physical form; releasing physical toxins from the body and the Energetic form; releasing old thought forms, memories and programs from our Etheric body.

For the past 2 and a half years I have been on a personal mission trying to find a link between Candida and or illness and reaching optimal health.

Truly, as of a couple of days ago, I received information during one of my meditations stating that Candida is a direct link of emotions that are deep inside the individual. For example:

If you are experiencing bloating, gas, mental fatigue, or if you are ill in any way...take a moment to see if emotional detoxification is right for you.

Bring yourself to a quiet place and ask yourself… Am I worthy of perfect health. Does your body beam and scream...ABSOLUTLY!!! or did you find some resistance? If you did, then this is what is waiting to be cleared. If you are not sure...say to your self 'my mind, body and soul are open to receiving perfect health' three times and see how your body feels. If there is any resistance, this too is what needs to be cleared.

You Are Worthy Of PERFECT Health.

If you did find resistance, ask yourself...who told me that I was not worthy? Where does the root of that emotion stem from?

This is a huge part of health...knowing you are worthy of perfect health, because if there is any resistance, then it is likely that your subconscious mind and body are blocking your optimal health goals.
